Bleep Outs

This is something I was able to make over the course of the project. It's lots of little snipits from all of the footage taken when filming, put together. We watched it over and added our own little commentary :-), including our own personal feedback.

Final Website

http://claudiaburks.wix.com/thegardenofeden

This is the final outcome of our website. After a lot of shifting around and debate both Claudia and myself are overly pleased with the final product. We decided to go with a recent picture we took and the last photo shoot. Originally this image was to be used on the DigiPak, however we felt it really suited being the focal image for the website. Where the saturation was bought down towards black and white on the image, it makes the deep red of the leaf and lips really stand out more than anything.
This is why we decided to go with a mahogany/plum colour for the theme of the website. I think it matches perfectly and creates a professional finish.

Everything on the website including the merchandise, sales, videos... And all the links are so professionally done. Claudia was the one who mainly done the website whilst I was editing the video. Obviously I tried to help out as and where I could, however I think we both had found out specialties in what we was doing and felt most comfortable there.

If there wasn't such tense deadlines we could of been slightly more flexible with mixing up who done what, however we are pleased with the outcome of all of the products therefore it wasn't an issue at all.

Extra Video

This is something extra we done in our own time to create a more realistic and professional effect for the artist and website. When researching the actual artist 'Dillon' we came across a live studio filming of the song we used from her album! Which at the time wasn't really much of a big deal, however when we wanted to put an extra video on the website, this seemed so perfect.
We wanted to create the same sort of feel that her own video created. Using close ups and establishing mid shots to create a more personal feel to the video. Because ours was just a snip-it, it's only 50 seconds long compared to her 4/5 minute version.
